Ingredients:

  • 500g ‘00’ Flour

  • 120ml Extra virgin olive oil

  • 4g dry yeast

  • 10g salt

  • 180ml water

Directions:

  1. Mix into a sticky dough.

  2. Knead for 5mins, cover, and rise for 2 hours.

  3. Roll out to a 2mm thickness (ideally with a pasta machine) Cut into 6 x 12 cm rectangles, prick with a fork in the center and punch 5 holes with the thick end of a kebab skewer (as shown).

  4. Place them on baking paper and brush with a mixture of oil and water (half and half)

  5. Sprinkle with salt, rosemary, or any dry herb of your choice.

  6. You can add it directly to the dough instead.

  7. Bake in a preheated 200°c oven for 10-12mins or until lightly browned.

  8. Enjoy!
