Strawberry Frozen Yoghurt (vegan friendly)
Ingredients:
300g Alpro Plain Yoghurt (no sugars)
500g Fresh Strawberries (stem removed and frozen)
30g Maple Syrup (or honey)
20ml Alpro Oat (no sugars)
Garnish:
Chia Seeds
Granola
Chopped Almonds
Method:
Remove the stems from the strawberries and deep freeze them in a plastic bag for at least 1 day. Alternatively, use frozen strawberries or any other fruit you prefer.
Place the frozen fruit in a blender and add the plain yoghurt, maple syrup and the oat milk.
Blend for at least 5 minutes until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Do not turn it off before the 5-minute mark.
This method can be done just before serving as the texture is smooth and creamy. You can freeze it in an ice cream tub and leave it out of the freezer for at least 10 minutes before serving.
As a serving suggestion, you can use chia seeds, granola and chopped nuts.
