Nutella Mousse Cake

Ingredients:

  • 300ml Milk

  • 400ml Fresh Cream

  • 40g Sugar

  • 100ml Condensed Milk

  • 200g Nutella

  • 200g Dark Chocolate

  • 20g Gelatin Powder (melted in 60ml hot water)

  • Cocoa Powder

Directions:

  • 1. Place a saucepan on a medium flame and add the milk, cream, sugar, condensed milk, Nutella (softened in a microwave for 30 seconds) and dark chocolate.

  • 2. Stir continuously until it's about to boil then turn off the heat.

  • 3. Mix the gelatin with hot water and add it to the mixture. Stir well.

  • 4. Transfer the mixture to a large bow through a sieve and place it on ice water.

  • 5. Stir thoroughly until the mixture cools down and becomes shiny and creamy.

  • 6. Place wax paper in your container and add the mixture. Be careful that the paper stays in place.

  • 7. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

  • 8. To serve, carefully remove the wax paper and sprinkle with cocoa powder.

  • 9. Enjoy!
