Baileys Coconut Balls

Ingredients:
430g Desiccated Coconut
397g (1 tin) Condensed Milk
70ml Baileys Strawberries & Cream
100g Roasted Hazelnuts
Directions:
1. In a medium-size bowl combine together 400g coconut, condensed milk, and Baileys. Mix well until you get a thick consistency.
2. Roll into balls and place a hazelnut in the centre.
3. Place the remaining 30g of coconut into a small bowl and coat each ball with coconut.
4. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
5. Enjoy!
