Pepperoni Taco Tubs
Ingredients for 2 Tacos:
200g Cooked Chicken
1 small Onion
1/2 Red Pepper
4tbsp Santa Maria Salsa Dip
100g Shredded Mozzarella
20g Sliced Pepperoni
Directions:
This is so quick and simple to make. Slice the onion and bell pepper.
Place 2 tablespoons of salsa in each taco.
Put some sliced or diced cooked chicken followed by the onion and pepper.
Cover it with the shredded mozzarella.
Place some sliced pepperoni and jalapeño on top, and they are ready to be baked.
Bake in a preheated 200°c oven for 18-20 minutes or until the mozzarella is piping hot.
