Tortilla Burger


Ingredients for 2 Persons:

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl combine together the minced beef, finely minced shallot & garlic, paprika, and egg, and season with salt & pepper.

  2. Divide the mixture into two and spread it all over each tortilla.

  3. Heat up a teaspoon of olive oil in a saucepan and flip the tortilla beef facing down.

  4. Fry for 3 minutes, then flip the tortilla on a plate, clean the saucepan, and place it back in with the beef side facing up.

  5. Lower the heat and spread the grated cheddar.

  6. Cover the saucepan for a minute so that the cheese will melt.

  7. Finish it off with BBQ sauce, fresh lettuce and flip it onto itself to create a taco.

  8. Serve with crisps or French fries.
