Threesauce Pasta

Ingredients:
400g Maltese Cherry Tomatoes
2 Garlic Cloves
3tsp Olive Oil
1/4tsp Cayenne Pepper
50g Tomato Sauce
2tbsp Pesto Sauce
1tbsp Fresh Cream
400g Cooked Pasta
Parsley, Salt & Pepper to Taste
Directions:
1. Slice cherry tomatoes in half.
2. Crush 2 garlic cloves and add them in a saucepan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
3. On medium-high heat cook the cherry tomatoes until tender. Discard garlic and add salt, pepper & cayenne.
4. Add tomato sauce and reduce heat.
5. Combine pesto with cream and add to the tomato sauce. Stir well and cook for 1 minute.
6. Add about 400g of 'al dente' fusilli or penne pasta and mix well for another minute.
7. Add a teaspoon of olive oil
8. Add chopped fresh parsley and serve.
