Ingredients:

  • 200g Lamb Brand Ristorante Flour

  • 1tsp Garlic Powder

  • 1tsp Smoked Paprika

  • 1/2tsp Salt

  • 200g Lamb Brand Panko Breadcrumbs

  • 1pkt Sausages

  • Cold Water

  • Vegetable Oil for deep frying

Directions:

  1. In a medium-size bowl, combine the flour and seasonings.

  2. Add enough water to form a soft dough.

  3. Take a small piece of dough and roll it into a long worm.

  4. Insert a skewer in the sausage and twist the dough around it.

  5. Pass it from the Panko and deep fry in hot oil for about 3 minutes.

  6. For a healthier version you can air-fry it too.
