Nutella Pudina

Ingredients:

  • 500g Stale Maltese Bread (2-3 days old)

  • 600ml Milk

  • 2 Eggs

  • 100g Brown Sugar

  • 50g Chopped Hazelnuts

  • 50g Chocolate Chips

  • 2tbsp Cocoa Powder

  • 1/2tsp Baking Powder

  • 1/4tsp Ground Cinnamon

  • 1/4tsp Salt

  • 75ml Fresh Cream

  • 60g Melted Margarine

  • 200g Nutella

Directions:

  • 1. Cut bread in small pieces and soak it in milk for 20 minutes.

  • 2. Mash it up using (CLEAN) hands or a potato masher.

  • 3. Add the eggs, brown sugar, hazelnuts, chocolate chips, cocoa powder, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, fresh cream, and margarine. Mix.

  • 4. Add the Nutella and blend it well.

  • 5. Grease a non-stick baking tray with margarine and spread the mixture evenly.

  • 6. Bake in a preheated 220°c oven for 45 minutes or until the surface starts to crisp up. Do not overcook to avoid drying it out.

  • 7. Cool on a baking rack and serve warm or cold with some fresh Panna.

  • 8. Enjoy!
