Bubblegum Cannoli

Ingredients:

  • 200ml Bubblegum Milkshake

  • 200g Topping Mix

  • 250g Ricotta

  • 50g Icing Sugar (optional)

  • 500g Cannoli Shells

  • Hundreds & Thousands for Decoration

Directions:

  • 1. In a large bowl combine whip up the milkshake with the topping mix until firm.

  • 2. In a small bowl combine the icing sugar with the ricotta until creamy. For a less sweet filling just cream up the ricotta only.

  • 3. Gently fold the ricotta with the milkshake cream.

  • 4. Using a piping bag, fill up the cannoli shells and decorate with hundreds & thousands.

  • 5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
