Bubblegum Cannoli

Ingredients:
200ml Bubblegum Milkshake
200g Topping Mix
250g Ricotta
50g Icing Sugar (optional)
500g Cannoli Shells
Hundreds & Thousands for Decoration
Directions:
1. In a large bowl combine whip up the milkshake with the topping mix until firm.
2. In a small bowl combine the icing sugar with the ricotta until creamy. For a less sweet filling just cream up the ricotta only.
3. Gently fold the ricotta with the milkshake cream.
4. Using a piping bag, fill up the cannoli shells and decorate with hundreds & thousands.
5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
