Baileys Coconut Balls

Ingredients:

  • 430g Desiccated Coconut

  • 397g (1 tin) Condensed Milk

  • 70ml Baileys Strawberries & Cream

  • 100g Roasted Hazelnuts

Directions:

  • 1. In a medium-size bowl combine together 400g coconut, condensed milk, and Baileys. Mix well until you get a thick consistency.

  • 2. Roll into balls and place a hazelnut in the centre.

  • 3. Place the remaining 30g of coconut into a small bowl and coat each ball with coconut.

  • 4. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

  • 5. Enjoy!
