Bacon Prawns And Couscous Salad
Ingredients:
100g Prawn Tails (without shell)
200g Streaky Bacon
1tsp Olitalia Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Knorr Aromat Seasoning
1tsp Sesame Seeds
1 Jar Knorr Soffritto Classico
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 bag (250g) Tipiak Couscous With Spices
150ml Water (room temperature)
Directions:
1.Cut the bacon in half and wrap it around each prawn.
2.Place them on a baking dish with some E/V Olive Oil.
3.Drizzle with sesame seeds and Aromat.
4.Bake in a 220°c oven for 20-30 until golden and crispy.
5.In the meantime place the soffritto in a saucepan, add the chopped peppers, and stir well until cooked on medium-high heat. It should take 4-5 minutes.
6.Reduce the heat, add a bag of spiced couscous and stir well.
7.Add the water and wait until it starts to boil.
8.When it boils, turn off the heat, give it a stir and cover for 5 minutes.
9.After 5 minutes, fluff the couscous with a fork and serve it with the prawns.
10. It is also well served cold.
