Tortilla Toasties

Ingredients for 2 portions:


Method:

  1. Slice the pork into 1cm slices. 

  2. Heat up a skillet, lightly spray it with some oil, and gently fry the pork for about 1 minute per side until crispy. You can also air-fry it instead.

  3. Place a slice of cheese near one edge of the tortilla, followed by 2 slices of pork.

  4. Spread a teaspoon of chutney on top and another cheese slice.

  5. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the cheese, then flip the back onto the front to create a sealed pocket.

  6. Grill in a toaster for about 5 minutes.

  7. Serve with potato crisps and enjoy this quick meal.
