Ingredients:
300g Digestive Biscuits
120g Melted Unsalted Butter
1 can (397g) Nestlé Carnation Caramel
200g Fresh Strawberries
1 can (170g) Nestlé Sterilised Cream (chilled)
50g Whipped Cream
30 Icing Sugar
1/8tsp Vanilla Essence
20g Chopped Hazelnuts
10g Melted Dark Chocolate
Directions:
Crush the biscuits in a food processor or in a plastic bag using a rolling pin.
Add the melted butter and mix well until you get to the consistency of wet sand.
Transfer it to your pie dish and press well to the dish using a glass. Create some curved edges.
Chill for 15 minutes in the fridge.
Spread the caramel on the crust and top it with sliced strawberries.
In a small bowl, whip up the chilled sterilised cream and add the icing sugar and the vanilla to it.
Once it gets fluffy, gently fold the whipped cream. You can use ready whipped or read-made can whipped cream.
Spread the cream on the strawberries, sprinkle the roasted chopped hazelnuts on top, and melted chocolate swirls.
Refrigerate until set.
