Honey-Butter Salmon
Ingredients for 2 Persons:
400g Fresh Salmon Fillets
2 Garlic Cloves (minced)
1tsp Onion Powder
1tsp Paprika
1tsp Dry Thyme
1/2tsp Fennel Seeds
Salt & Pepper
1tbsp Honey
Directions:
In a small bowl, mix together the mustard, onion powder, paprika, thyme, fennel seeds, garlic cloves, honey and about 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Mix everything together until the marinade has a nice consistency.
Using a sharp knife, carefully remove the skin from the salmon fillets.
Cut the salmon into bite-size pieces and place it in the marinade.
Give it a gentle mix until it’s well coated, cover it, and place it in the fridge for at least an hour.
In the meantime, prepare the couscous as per instructions on the packet.
To cook the salmon, bring a skillet to medium heat, add about 2 teaspoons of olive oil, and gently fry for two minutes per side.
When you flip the salmon, add the butter, and season with salt & pepper.
Serve immediately on a bed of fluffy pearl couscous.
