Ingredients for about 16 eggs

  • 270g Plain Biscuits

  • 397g (1can) Nestlé Carnation Condensed Milk

  • 80g Shredded Coconut

  • 2tbsp Dark Cocoa Powder

  • 1/2tsp Vanilla Essence (or liquor)

  • 1pkt Baci Ovetti Mini Eggs

Directions:

  1. Crush the biscuits in a food processor or by placing them in a bag, and use a rolling pin.

  2. Add half of the coconut, cocoa powder, Carnation Milk, and the vanilla essence (or a liquor of your choice)

  3. Mix well using the mixer or with your hands until a sticky dough is formed.

  4. Place the remaining coconut in a bowl and unwrap the chocolate eggs.

  5. Cover the chocolate eggs with the chocolate dough and dip them in the coconut.

  6. Try to shape them into little eggs and refrigerate them for at least an hour before serving.
