Chocolate Jam Bites

Ingredients: (about 6 portions)


Method:

  1. Blend together the berries, maple syrup, and chia seeds.

  2. Divide between 6 silicone molds.

  3. Cover them with cling film and freeze them until solid. This should take at least 4 hours. 

  4. Melt the chocolate in a small bowl, and dip each portion inside it.

  5. Use 2 skewers to make things easier.

  6. Be quick during this process, since the fruit is frozen, the chocolate will solidify almost instantly. 

  7. Place them on a plate lined with baking paper and place them in the freezer for at least an hour.

  8. Keep them in the freezer, let them thaw for 10 minutes just before serving.
