Chocolate Jam Bites
Ingredients: (about 6 portions)
30g Maple Syrup
40g Chia Seeds
Method:
Blend together the berries, maple syrup, and chia seeds.
Divide between 6 silicone molds.
Cover them with cling film and freeze them until solid. This should take at least 4 hours.
Melt the chocolate in a small bowl, and dip each portion inside it.
Use 2 skewers to make things easier.
Be quick during this process, since the fruit is frozen, the chocolate will solidify almost instantly.
Place them on a plate lined with baking paper and place them in the freezer for at least an hour.
Keep them in the freezer, let them thaw for 10 minutes just before serving.
